Our Palatka Vision Center can be found 0.5 miles east of Highway 19 in the Old First Coast Community Credit Union Bank. Often, we have two optometrists available providing eye exams and sometimes three!
Our St. Augustine Vision Center can be found approximately 4 miles south of the intersection of SR 312 and US1. The office is also located about 5 miles north of the intersection of SR 206 and US1.
